Marvel Avengers Alliance: How To Get Email Notification And Email Bonus

Playdom often send notification and bonus links to your facebook primary email. Many people ask me that they do not get any email from marvelavengersalliance@playdom.com . To ensure delivery to your inbox (not junk folders), add marvelavengersalliance@playdom.com to your address book or safe list.

Here I will guide you how to get email from playdom.

New Method: 

Daily bonuses are only sent to users who have agreed to be put on our mailing list. If you have agreed to let Playdom send emails to you and still haven’t received your bonus, we would suggest checking your spam filters to ensure it was not marked as spam. If you have previously opted out of receiving emails and would like to be included in these bonuses, you will have to opt back in.
The quickest way to get your email added back to our mailing lists is to start playing a new Playdom game on Facebook; one you have never played before. You don't have to actually play the new game, but accessing it will re-up your email on our mailing list. We understand that this is not the most elegant solution but it is the fastest way to resolve this issue.


Method 1
Step 1: Remove marvel avengers alliance app from Facebook.
Don't afraid!!! Playdom has saved your data.
Go: Account settings-> Apps -> Find MAA aps and remove it. 



Step 2: Re-add avengers

Step 3: Check email listed under: send me email




Step 4: Hit allow.



Method 2

Step 1: Login to your facebook primary email. 
Step 2: Search any email from "marvelavengersalliance@playdom.com". If you found any email from this email address this method will work for you. 
Step 3: Open any email from marvelavengersalliance@playdom.com. Below you will get a "unsubscribe" link. 
Click on unsubscribe.  A new window will open like the below photo. 


Step 5:  Now Press "Click here". You will see the below window. 

Step 6: Now wait for the next playdom bonus. Check email everyday. 


 I think this will fix your email notification problem. If you do not get any email then contact with playdom and submit a ticket. Thanks.

i did what u explain but i dont recive email notification with survy or daily :(

I don't think that this will work. I'll tell you my story. I used to receive Playdom's e-mail notifications. At one point I decided to remove the app. but reinstalled it about a week later (yes I'm a hopeless M:AA junkie). But the e-mail notifications didn't come back, because I think they're linked to your Marvel XP account, and not only to the M:AA app.

I was lucky enough to solve my problem, because I had some old daily Playdom messages in my inbox. I opened one, clicked on the unsubscribe link, and got a page with a "you've been unsubscribed" message and a link to resubscribe. I clicked on this resubscribe link, and I was good to go again.

Problem is, the link is player-specific: it contains your unique player ID number, and a ticket code. If you don't have these two numbers because you never got any daily bonus notification ever, you can't follow these same steps.

My advice to new players is to first authorize marvel XP, and see if this solves it. Unfortunately I don't have advice for the experienced players who activated Marvel XP but never got any mail.

I would say that this works in two cases:
1) for people who simply denied the M:AA app to send them e-mails, then enabling this option solves the problem;
2) for people who use e-mail servers with "harsh" spam filters, like AOL I think, that ask the sender to "confirm he's human" by clicking an a link... And Playdom's e-mail server of course won't do it, but adding marvelavengersalliance@playdom.com to their address book can solve it...

But as I understand, many people who can't get the daily bonus are in a more complex situation and won't benefit from this. What I've read on the net is that even Playdom can't help much.

In theory, a possible solution for the "difficult cases" might be to join playdom's games network (outside Facebook, and not the forums, the games) using the same e-mail address used for facebook, because there's a subscribe option there too... and this might activate the daily e-mail for the facebook game too, but I'd know it for sure only if some good soul with the problem tried it...

That doesn't work because the bonus are only for the playdom site's game and not for facebook game :/

thanks for the help. i've been trying to figure this out for the longest.

i just made the change. i think i'll start getting the emails. people should just be patient for the emails, its not like they are being sent everyday.

I've another problem...mails work good, but when spce ops 5 start, i dont get 440 starter iso...there is a way to fix it?

when firstly i do it and i reopen my MAA game, i saw in MESSAGES>My Gift there are no "gift limit reach" then i press "Accept" and i receive that gift and i do it until it reach... my question: is there any side effect of it?
